Shipping

• Home delivery — 3–5 business days nationwide, ₪30. Free on orders over ₪249.
• Self pickup — arranged by phone in advance, free of charge, usually within 1–2 business days.
• Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Returns & cancellations

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original packaging and unused condition.
• To cancel an order or request a return, contact us via the contact page or by phone and we'll handle it with you.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Returns comply with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
