These terms govern use of the MyHome website ("the Site") and the relationship between the operator and buyers. Browsing or purchasing on the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Orders & payment

• Prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are received upon submission of customer details and acceptance of these terms; a confirmation is emailed.
• Payment is arranged by phone after ordering — the Site does not collect card details.
• The operator reserves the right to decline an order, including due to pricing or stock errors.

Stock & pricing

• Typos or price changes may occur; in such cases you'll be notified and may cancel.
• All products are subject to availability at time of order.

Intellectual property

• All content on the Site (text, images, logo) belongs to the operator and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

• The operator is not liable for indirect damages from Site use, except as required by law.
